Gays Against Groomers

Gays Against Groomers went to the U.S. Supreme Court to fight for Tennessee’s Right to Save Children!

On December 4, 2024, Gays Against Groomers made its position clear in the nation’s capital. We participated in a powerful rally and a monumental judicial proceeding. We were proud to stand alongside detransitioners Chloe Cole, Prisha Mosely, and Laura Becker, and parental rights powerhouses Gabrielle Clark, Billboard Chris, Erin Friday, and Jeanette Cooper.

Our team had the pleasure of speaking with members of the U.S. Congress, including Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, as well as Representatives Steve Scalise, Nancy Mace, Thomas Massie, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lauren Boebert, Don Bacon, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. We voiced our concerns about the issues affecting our community, particularly the inappropriate sexualization and medicalization of children. Our message resonated with those fighting to protect children from becoming lifelong medical patients.

On Wednesday evening, we met with U.S. Senator Roger Marshall of Kansas to discuss our stance opposing gender-affirming care for minors. We shared the heartbreaking story of a father who lost his son to radical gender ideology. The next day, Senator Marshall introduced S-5424, "A bill to prohibit gender transition procedures on minors, to authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to impose civil penalties on individuals who perform gender transition procedures on minors, and for other purposes." We are grateful for Senator Marshall's ongoing efforts to protect children from the harm of gender ideology at the federal level, including his work on the Defining Male and Female Act of 2024, the Protecting Children From Experimentation Act of 2023, and the End Taxpayer Funding of Gender Experimentation Act of 2023.

We especially want to thank U.S. Representative Greg Lopez of Colorado and his wife, Lisa, for making this trip possible and for their generosity in showing our team around Washington, D.C.!

The rally held on the steps of the Supreme Court was a moment for us to connect, share our stories, and strengthen our commitment to protect the next generation. We are exceptionally proud of our Director of Legislation, Dr. Rich Guggenheim, who delivered a passionate speech on the steps of the highest court in the nation. You can watch the speech here:

We are honored to have contributed to the Amicus Brief, in the case USA v. Skrmetti. This legal document serves as evidence and a clear defense of our position in the legal fight to protect minors from “gender-affirming care” procedures, which are risky and experimental at best. It ensures our voice is heard in the judicial process. We are determined to use every tool available, including the legal system, to fight for our cause.

Our presence at this event wasn’t just symbolic—it was a demonstration of our commitment to change, a promise we made when we first launched in 2022. We remain firm in challenging the narrative that tries to normalize destructive practices, all under the guise of “gender identity affirmation.”

We could not do any of this without your support. From organizing rallies to funding crucial legal efforts, your donations keep us on the frontlines of ending the war on children. Please consider donating today to support our ongoing efforts. Every contribution makes a difference and helps fuel our efforts to protect children from this insidious agenda. Together, we can make a difference. Thank you for standing with us at this pivotal moment in history.
